Confidentiality & NDA

All information shared with us is treated with strict confidentiality. We are open to signing Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and commit to not sharing, selling, or disclosing your data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted platforms with restricted access. We retain documents for a maximum of 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Payment & Refund Policy

Refund for Non-Commenced Work

If work has not yet commenced, a refund will be issued with a 10% processing fee deduction to cover administrative and payment gateway charges.

Refund for Commenced Work

Once our team has begun work on your project (e.g., research, drafting, design), no refund or cancellation will be processed, regardless of project stage.

First Draft Policy

If the first draft does not meet expectations:

You may request a 50% refund within 24 hours of receiving the draft.
Refund requests after 24 hours from submission of the first draft will not be eligible.

Revision Policy

We provide up to five (5) rounds of revisions for each project within 90 days of the first draft's delivery. This ensures ample opportunities to align the work with your goals. Revision requests beyond this limit or timeline may incur additional charges. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment account within 10 days.

Third-Party Tools

We use third-party tools for analytics (like Google Analytics), payments (like Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal), and CRM. These platforms may collect and store limited user information in compliance with their respective policies.
